Blueberry oatmeal pancakes.
Every time I make a pot of oatmeal I almost always have at least one cup full left, so when I came across this recipe I thought "perfect" now I can make a whole other breakfast with my leftovers!
In the food processor I add:
3/4 cup dry oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon Kosher or coarse salt
Put on high and try to get the oats as fine as possible.
In a seperate bowl I mix:
1 cup of cooked oats
3 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1 Tablespoon honey
2 large eggs
1 Tb cinnamon
2 handfuls of blueberries
Combine the dry ingredients with the moist and give it a few whirls then pour batter onto a hot oiled griddle, cook until brown and flip then brown on the other side.
I like to serve mine with walnuts and maple syrup.
Enjoy;)
Creamy chicken noodle.
This is seriously so easy!
When I've had a long day out and about I enjoy just whipping this up and serving it with some saltines.
Ingredients:
1 large can of chicken noodle
1 regular can of cream of chicken
1 regular can of milk (I use the cream of chicken can.)
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
S&P to taste
Whisk and heat thoroughly.
Enjoy!
